When we ask the question to your customers it will be sent to them as a link in an email. Our designer will set it up in your design, logo and email signature so your customers can see that the email is sent from you.
Leadership Dashboard

All your feedback will appear on your dashboard, which can be viewed on smartphones, tablets, PCs or a screen hanging in your office. You can also give specific employees or departments access to a dashboard, which only shows feedback from their own customers.
Email and telephone support

We are proud of our employees who every day try and give you the best possible service. You can always call or email us and we will try and give you an answer as quickly as possible. Telephone system for your NPS® question

Are you a B2B company and do you want to boost your response rate? Then we can give you access to our telephone system. The customers who don’t reply within, for example, a few weeks go straight into our telephone module and you can then call the customer and interview them. If you want Relationwise to be responsible for calling we also offer a solution for this. We handle many different languages.
In-depth questions

If the NPS® question is not enough you get the option of asking 3 extra questions of your choice with this package. These extra questions can, for example, be used in the benchmark module. As a further example you can, if the question is whether the customer is male or female, see if your NPS® is gender dependent.
Set up of further 3 versions (Touchpoints, languages, emails, etc.)

If you need more than 1 touchpoint. Or if you need several languages or email versions then you are able to add these on. We will take care of any language version of your NPS-question.

What is the best way to understand the biggest issues that your customers face? When you follow up on your dissatisfied customers, you have a unique opportunity to clearly identify root causes. Our customers normally pay for one year at a time. That is the easiest way for both parties, but should you wish to pay quarterly, or for 3 years, we can arrange alternative pricing models. €3350 Initial onboarding fee

Your initial onboarding fee covers the configuration of your tailored solution, from survey content, to Dashboard user creation and the set-up of a detractor alert plan. We'll help you with the onboarding process every step of the way.

If you require an automated integration between your system and Relationwise (API integration), the final price will be estimated by Relationwise and/or an Integration Partner. Alternatively, with in-house development resources, you should budget from somewhere between 5-7 hours of development time.
